CR.NO.03 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m on all days other than the days he has to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi in respect of hearing dates in P.R.C.No.14 of 2018. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11516 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi in P.R.C.No.14 of 2018 daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
