W.M.P.No.24306 of 2021 in W.P.No.23084 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ('WMP' for the sake of brevity) has been filed with a prayer to file a common writ petition.

2. Two petitioners are spouses and they are Directors in a Company (now struck off) and therefore, they have joined together to file the captioned common writ petition, prayer is a common prayer and the assertions are common.

Owing to the aforesaid narrative, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for subject to the condition that separate Court fee is paid by the two writ petitioners.
