O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to allot a Surveyor and survey the property situated in S.Nos.22/29B, 29/40, 29/41, 29/42, 30/11, 30/6, 30/7, 32/2, 32/3, 32/4, 32/5, Pennakonam North Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District, pursuant to the payment made by the petitioner vide petition Form bearing No.2024/0123/16/000310 dated 29.02.2024 within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he got the above mentioned land by a settlement deed executed by her mother dated 07.02.2024 and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner submitted an application to the respondents 2 & 3 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and he 2/5

also paid necessary charges for surveying the property as seen from the online acknowledgment issued to the petitioner dated 29.02.2024, which is enclosed in page No.49 of the typed set of papers.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the survey of the property will be completed within a period fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to complete the survey of the petitioner's land within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
