2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has lodged a complaint regarding the missing documents with the Chintadripet Police Station on 08.07.2023 and he has obtained CSR.No.195/2023 dated 09.07.2023.

He has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. Post the matter on 26.07.2023.
