Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take action against the second respondent for having illegally directed the respondents 3 and 4 to unleash violence on the party cadres and causing severe injuries resulting in Hospitalisation of several Party Members to provide basic amenities like food, water, medicine etc., to the detenu Mr.Guru.

This Writ Petition has been filed to to direct the first respondent to take action against the second respondent for having illegally directed the respondents 3 and 4 to unleash violence on the party cadres and causing severe injuries https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

resulting in Hospitalisation of several Party Members to provide basic amenities like food, water, medicine etc., to the detenu Mr.Guru.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenu died and the prayer become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
