This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of the complaint lodged by the second respondent in C.No.114/DSP/ALGSC/TVLR/2018, dated 14.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent-State.

3. On the complaint given by one Sarojini, petition enquiry is pending in C.No.114 of 2018 before the first respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
