When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sessions Court under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. The time spent by the petitioner before this Court from 18.07.2018 to 23.07.2018 shall stand excluded while computing the period of limitation. The Registry is directed to return the impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner after taking a photocopy of the same and certifying it.
