After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Contempt of Courts Act for implementation of the order dated 19.11.2014 made in W.P.No.30092 of 2014 and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
