ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Ms.Monica Selez, aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of her minor daughter.

2. The detenue has been secured and produced before us. On enquiry, the detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her mother. We according permit the petitioner to take the custody of the minor detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
