This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore to comply with the order of this Court dated 08.09.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that challenging the order of this Court dated 08.09.2021, he filed SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and also by an order dated 07.09.2022, he was exempted from surrendering.

3. Since this Court vide order dated 08.09.2021 dismissed the Criminal Revision Petition and also the SLP is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
