This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 360 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 11th appellant in main appeal.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents and even their names have been printed in the cause list, no one has appeared on behalf of respondents 5 to 8.

Mr.Guruprasad, learned counsel entered appearance for respondents 1 to 4 and he expressed that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 360 days is condoned.
