The petition is to quash the final report in S.C.No.206 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court at Villupuram for the alleged offences under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent reported that trial has commenced and nearly seven witnesses have already been examined out of nine witnesses.

3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the trial Court.
