dated 30.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7627 of 2017 in the above Crl.R.C.No.833 of 2017.[CRL.MP.NO.9915/2018] [IV]relax the condition of appearance of the petitioner before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court on the first working day of every month as directed by this Honble Court by order dated 30.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7624 of 2017 in the above Crl.R.C.No.832 of 2017.[CRL.MP.NO.9916/2018] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ABDUL NAZEER Advocate[IN CRL.MP.NO.9913/2018 AND OF M/S.S.V.KARTHEKEYAN Advocate [IN CRL.MP.NOS.9914/2018 ,9915/2018 & 9916/2018] for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES[IN ALL THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.7624, 7627 and 7640 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.Nos.832, 833 & 836 of 2017 dated , the petitioners are before this Court with these miscellaneous petitions.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

It is reported by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are scrupulously complying the condition imposed on them by reporting before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that one Mr.Jawarhirullah, petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9913 of 2018 is taking treatment for his ailment and he is unable to report before the trial Court in person, his appearance on 06.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 is dispensed with.

For the rest of the petitioners, the reasons stated to relax the condition are not convincing, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petitions, hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. Exception to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9913 in Crl.R.C.No.836 of 2017 for appearance on 06.08.2018 and 03.09.2018 is granted.
