The miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the prayer as:- "It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of such Se.Muka.No.1278/A1/2017 dated ...02.2018 and quash the same consequently direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Mini Anganwadi Worker at Nadumalai South Division at Children Creech School at Valparai Taluk, Coimbatore district and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

in the above W.P. No. 27354 of 2018 on the file of this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.V.Chinnasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the materials placed on record. 3.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered. 4.

Registry is directed to list the matter under the caption 'for orders' on 07.03.2025, after carrying out the necessary amendments in the main writ petition.
