O R D E R

At the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents, this Second Appeal has been listed today under the caption " for being spoken to".

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.P.Manikannan, learned counsel for the respondents that in the appearance portion of the judgment, his name has been wrongly mentioned as he is appearing for all the respondents in all the appeals, instead he is the counsel appearing for R1 to R3 in A.S.No.72 of 2020; R1 in A.S.No.74 of 2020 and R1 in A.S.No.75 of 2020. Further, he has stated that for the rest of the respondents in the respective appeals, he has not entered appearance. Hence, he prays for suitable correction in the appearance portion of the respondents in the judgment. 1/3

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents' appearance portion of the judgment is read as under:
