This petition has been filed seeking the transfer of the complaint dated 12.06.2023 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered. On completion of the investigation, the final report was duly filed before the Judicial Magistrate No. I, Perambalur and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 37 of 2025, which is now pending for trial. Therefore, no

complaint is currently pending with the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
