992/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.V.KARTHEKEYAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7624 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.836 of 2017, dated 30.06.2017 the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
2. Considering the grounds of appeal raised by the petitioner herein, sentence was suspended by this Court on 30.06.2017, with condition to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.
3. Now, the petitioner seeks to relax the said condition.
4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that only for the past six months the condition is being complied with and it is premature to relax the condition.
5. Taking note of the fact, the petition is dismissed for the present.
