ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpet to expedite the appeal in Crl A No.82 of 2017 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chengalpet, to expedite the appeal in Crl A No.82 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the same.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
