ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and fix boundaries and accordingly prepare a FMB sketch of the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.106/4, 106/1B, 107/1A, 1B, 1C, 107/2, 107/5 and 107/7 situated in Varadharajapuram Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2025

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner and her sisters own the lands comprised in S.Nos.106/4, 106/1B, 107/1A, 1B, 1C, 107/2, 107/5 and 107/7 situated in Varadharajapuram Village, Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District. In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted an application before the respondents and also paid requisite fees for the same. So far the respondents did not take any steps to survey and demarcate the 2/4

aforementioned lands belong to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid lands based on the title deed produced by her, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if there are, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
