ORDER

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent.

2. The petitioner had stated that, on 09.11.2016, the marriage was solemnized between him and the detenue, namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ilaakkiya. The said marriage had been registered on the file of the office of the Joint Sub Registrar II, Cuddalore.

3. The detenue had been produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue had categorically stated that she is not willing to go along with the petitioner. The detenue had also stated that she is willing to go along with her father, who is the third respondent herein. The third respondent is also present before this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the detenue had submitted that she had filed H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2016, before the Principal Sub Judge, Cuddalore, for dissolution of the marriage.

5. In such circumstances, the detenue is permitted to go along with her father viz., the third respondent herein. However, no further orders are necessary in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
