WMP.No.21983 of 2022 in W.P.No.4347 of 2010 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed parties namely Tmt.R.Muruvathal, R.Indira, R.Sundaram, E.Manimegalai, E.Kousalya, E.Monisha, E.Loganathan as 4th to 10th respondents in the above writ petition as the legal heirs of Late.Rajamanickam.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
