ORDER

The instant writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 30.09.2024, on the file of the third respondent and further to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to any non-sensitive post. The case of the petitioner is that, he was placed under suspension vide impugned order dated 30.09.2024, for the allegation of acceptance of bribe. Aggrieved by the same, he sent representation to the third respondent dated 12.04.2025, and the same is pending. Hence the writ petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner by citing G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022, would submit that in view of the guidelines framed in the above said G.O., the petitioner's case may be considered for revocation of suspension.

At this juncture, Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025, within a reasonable time. 5.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, by taking into consideration of G.O.(Ms).No.81 dated 04.08.2022, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
