O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5691 of 2015, thereby directing the first respondent to pass orders in the light of the observation made by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed an order dated 27.07.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 27.07.2023 before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by the first respondent is not in compliance of the order passed by this Court, since it was not in consonance with the circular issued by the Commissioner of Sugar.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that subsequently the said circular was modified and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for any benefits which are sought in the writ petition. 5.

In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the first respondent in the manner know to law, if so advised.
