Crl.MP.No.11007 of 2019 in Crl.A.SR.No.36601 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 227 days in preferring the present criminal appeal filed against the order passed in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2017, dated 27.09.2018, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 227 days in preferring the present criminal appeal filed against the order passed in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2017, dated 27.09.2018, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
