Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 3, their men and agents from putting up any construction in the wakf property, belonging to Hazarath Shah Rahmathullah Thaikal @ Pakkiri Thaikal Wakf as contained in Patta No. 1030, Pakkiri Thaikal, Thirumayiladi Village, kollidam, Seerkazhi Taluk, Myladuthurai District, as sought vide representation dated 18.12.2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from putting up any construction in the wakf property, belonging to Hazarath Shah Rahmathullah Taikal @ Pakkiri Thaikal wakf as contained in Patta No.1030m Pakkiri Thaikal, Thriumayiladi Village, Kollidam, Seerkazhi Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second and third respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
