This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 380 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 380 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4.It is made clear that in the event of this Court enhancing the award amount, the petitioner shall not be entitled to any interest for the period of delay of 380 days in filing the appeal. 25.11.2024 pri Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
