By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of his appeal within a time to be stipulated by the Court.

3.Mr.C.Vigneswaran, the learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and submits that the appeal was filed only on 06.06.2023 and it is a very recent appeal and there are several other appeals pending before the Commission and all the other appellants are waiting in the queue. 4.This Court cannot assume the role of a time keeper for the 1st respondent, but merely requires it to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within the framework of law.
