ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission.
2. According to the petitioner, he belongs to Hindu Malai Kuravar Caste (Schedule Tribe). He applied online for community certificate for his daughters studying 10th and 8th standard respectively, enclosing the transfer certificate of his wife and community certificate of his brother, as he does not have any document, along with the report of Village Administrative Officer. As certificates have not been issued, he made representations to the respondents on 10.05.2024 and 13.06.2024 and has come up before this Court.
3. Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submits that the respondents will conduct field inspection to ascertain the community of the petitioner and thereafter, will pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner.
4. In the light of that and considering the urgency in view of the fact that the petitioner's elder daughter is studying 10th standard and has to submit the community certificate in the school, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the first respondent to consider the online applications of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
