ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner in order to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader produced the letter dated 23.06.2025 of the Executive Engineer, wherein the request made by the petitioner for work site inspection certificate has been rejected. A copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2 / 4
