This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the husband seeking transfer of the petition filed by the wife in H.M.O.P.No.820 of 2021 on the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee to the file of the 7th Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.2603 of 2020.

The respondent/wife had also filed Transfer O.P.No.977 of 2021 seeking to transfer the petition filed by the husband in H.M.O.P.No.2603 of 2020 on the file of 7th Additional Family Court, Chennai to the Sub-Court, Poonamallee. This application was allowed by this Court 10.02.2022. Considering the same, this Tr.Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
