This application has been filed to permit the applicant / 1st defendant to file the additional documents namely (1) the Will executed by the applicant / 1st defendant to the 2nd respondent/3rd defendant dated 17.06.1982. (2) the Legal Notice dated 10.11.2018 issued by the 1st defendant to the 5th defendant and (3) the Acknowledgment Card and to receive the same in evidence in the above suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
