This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit against the defendants 4 and 5, who are carry on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The suit is one for declaration of title and for declaration that certain documents executed by the defendants are invalid and for recovery of possession.

2. Considering the fact that the defendants 4 and 5 happen to carry on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the property regarding which the relief is sought for situate within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to institute the suit against the defendants 4 and 5 in this Court.
