ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 28.09.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C @ 306 of IPC in Crime No.779 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the son of the defacto complainant. Further, the petitioner is the adopted son of the defacto complainant. Further, the petitioner along with other accused persons had harassed the son of the defacto complainant, due to which, the deceased had committed suicide by hanging. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 28.09.2021. He further submitted that there is no serious allegation made against the petitioner and the civil suits are pending before the trial Court. He further submitted that co-accused had already been released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19429 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons had harassed the son of the defacto complainant, due to which, the deceased had committed suicide by hanging. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
