837 of 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ABDUL NAZEER Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence, the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without fail. However, he being 85 years old bedridden, brought to the Court in a wheel chair for complying with the conditions imposed by this Court which causes grave inconvenience and hardship to him. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the bail condition of reporting before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor concede that the petitioner is not keeping good health and he has brought to the Court in a wheel chair to comply with the condition.
3. In view of the above submission, the condition of reporting before the trial Court on the first working day of every month is hereby relaxed in toto.
