Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the post of Tutor Cum Matron at Kheezhkodungalur ADW Girls Hostel, Thiruvannamalai District in pursuant to the orders passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.1-1/19651/2013, dated 29.07.2013 with

all consequential and attendant service benefits including continuity of service and salary within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to join the post of Tutor Cum Matron at Kheezhkodungalur ADW Girls Hostel, Thiruvannamalai District in pursuant to the orders passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.1-1/19651/2013, dated 29.07.2013 with all consequential and attendant service benefits including continuity of service and salary within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the impugned transfer order was cancelled by the Department. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
