This application has been filed seeking amendment of the cause title to incorporate the present name and address of the petitioner Company from M/s/Vinsa Electicals Private Limited, at 51, Ezra Street, Kolkatta - 700 001, India to M/s.Polar Elektric Limited, represented by its Authorised Signatory Mr.Kanish Goyal, having its office at Unit No.8B, 8th Floor, 23 Circus Avenue, NA, Kolkatta -700 017, West Bengal, India.

2.It is submitted that the corporate name and address of the petitioner Company has been changed and the same has also been duly incorporated in the official records and a fresh incorporation certificate has also been issued from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Hence, There is no impediment in entertaining the present application for incorporating the correct name and address of the petitioner Company and the application is not seriously opposed by the respondent (Registry). This application is ordered. Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the petition shall be filed within a period of two weeks.
