Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioners' representation dated 02.03.2020 and grant higher start of pay at two stages above the minimum of scale of pay for possessing degree qualification at the time of selection by the 4th Respondent, in the light of the orders passed by the 1st Respondent in Letter No.2680/PC/2018 dated 19.09.2018, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, and grant us all consequential benefits.

Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed by directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to consider the representations of the Petitioners dated 06.02.2020 and 02.03.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
