O R D E R

The wife seeks to transfer I.D.O.P.No.271 of 2021 filed by the respondent/husband on the file of the Family Court, Kaniyakumari at Nagarcoil district to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection and would further submit that the respondent/husband is constantly traveling and therefore, if the matter is transferred to the Family Court, Chennai, he would find it very difficult to attend every hearing.

3. Taking into consideration the above request, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and withdrawn the I.D.O.P.No.271 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Kaniyakumari at Nagarcoil district to the file of any one of the Family Court at Chennai, which the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai shall allot. It is also made clear that the Family Judge shall not insist upon the presence of the respondent/husband for all the hearings except for adducing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

evidence. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
