Na.Ka.29894/2016/B2 dated 24.11.2016 is violative of Article 14 for being arbitrary, capricious and discriminatory and further violates Article 19 of the Constitution in so far as it purports to acquire the lands belonging to the petitioner company and to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the 1st respondent's award dated 15.09.2021 in Award No.7-a/2021/ Nallaganakothapalli, Na.Ka.No.29894/2016, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to drop the acquisition proceedings in so far as the lands belonging to the petitioner company are concerned.
