This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15596 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/ Judge daily at 10:30 a.m on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday, until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15596 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 is relaxed.
