This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Judgment dated 02.01.2025 passed in C.A.No.2 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur, thereby confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District made in STC No.121 of 2019 dated 06.12.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 57 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
