ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5422 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and sought for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner had complied with the condition only on one Saturday. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage and the presence of the petitioner is very much required for the purpose of interrogation. Hence, he opposed for relaxation.

4. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, and the investigation is at initial stage and the presence of the petitioner is required for the purpose of interrogation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

5. In view of the same, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
