ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b), directing that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate at 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and appear before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m. on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.27359 of 2025 vide order dated 03.10.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
