Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to approve the appointment of the 14 nonteaching staffs viz., Gardener - 2, Watchman - 2, Waterman - 1, Sweeper - 6, Scavenger - 2 and Marker - 1 in the sanctioned vacancies with effect from their date of appointment in the Petitioner's College in the light of the approval given by the respondents to the similarly placed persons vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.18027/G4/2020 dated 26.05.2021, Pa.Mu.No.4874/A2/2013 dated 28.08.2019 in W.P.No.422 of 2021 dated 10.03.2021, W.P. (MD).No.1234 of 2014 dated 24.02.2015 in W.A.(MD).No.931 of 2018 dated 12.07.2018 and in Special Leave Petition SLP.No. 323 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019 with monetary and all other attendant and service benefits based on the Representation/Proposal given by the petitioner college dated 02.08.2021 & 20.08.2021. ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

Appearing on behalf of the respondents, learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law duly considering the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1234 of 2014 dated 24.02.2015, W.A.(MD)No.931 of 2018 dated 12.07.2018 and in Special Leave Petition SLP.No.323 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 20.08.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits in the light of the aforesaid decisions of this Court.
