Heard on the applications for impleadment of the applicant/ defacto complainant as party respondent in the Crl.O.Ps. filed by one S.P.Velumani.

2. Since the impleadment has been sought by the complainant in the petitions for quashing of the FIR, it would be proper to allow the applications.

3. Accordingly, the applicant is impleaded as party respondent in the Crl.O.Ps. The amended cause title in the Crl.O.Ps. would be submitted by the petitioner pursuant to this order.
