The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5492 of 2025 by order dated 03.03.2025, in which, one of the condition imposed is that the petitioner to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 18.02.2025 the Government in G.O.(1D).No.97 Public (Foreigners.II) Department dated 18.02.2025 issued orders directing the petitioner to reside in the Special Camp identified and located by the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli in the event of their release from Prison till deportation. He would submit that the petitioner, a Srilankan National has to necessarily stay in Special Camp and she cannot leave the boundaries of Special Camp except with the prior permission of the District Collector and it is a well guarded area. Hence, the condition may be modified.

behalf of the respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in paragraph 7 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.5492 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 is modified and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand only] before the Superintendent, Special Prison for Women, Puzhal, Chennai-66. Consequently, the conditions imposed in Paragraph Nos.7(a) and 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.5492 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 are dispensed with. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 01.07.2025 cse Note: Issue order copy on 02.07.2025 3/4
