This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 420 days in preferring this Review Application against the order dated 02.01.2020 made in W.P.No.35796 of 2019.

2.Notice has been served on the counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondent / writ petitioner and the name of the counsel has also been printed in the cause list. There is no representation on the side of the respondent. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate for the petitioners.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 420 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it for admission. The name of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner shall also be printed in the cause list when the matter is posted for admission.
