Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the petitioners condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 14908 of 2018 order dated on 21.06.2018 in Cr.No. 254 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.NITHYSH SEKHAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14908 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018.
2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14908 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
