Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners by this Honble Court by order dated 22.06.2018 to appear before the Respondent Police on all days at 10.30 a.m. in connection with the Cr.No. 469 of 2018 may be relaxed and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.MOHAMED RIYAZ Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15995 of 2018 on 22.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.15995 of 2018 on 22.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.15995 of 2018 on 22.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
