This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 31.08.2021 duly lodged by the petitioner before the District Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District and to file a final report at the earliest.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged the complaint before the respondent police on 31.08.2021. Thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after receipt of the complaints, enquiry has been conducted, Crime No.358 of 2021 came to be registered on 27.11.2021. In https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
